Transaction in Own Shares

 

KELLER GROUP PLC ("Keller" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") through Peel Hunt LLP ("Peel Hunt") as part of its share buyback programme, details of which were announced by Keller on 31 March 2025.

The Company intends to hold the purchased Ordinary Shares in treasury. Following the purchase and settlement of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will hold 1,263,478 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and will have 73,099,735 Ordinary Shares in issue (including treasury shares). The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 71,836,257 and this figure may be used by shareholders in their calculations when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
