("Harbour" or the "Company")

Resignation of Senior Independent Director

7 July 2025

Harbour Energy announces that Simon Henry has informed the Board of his decision to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities.

Simon was appointed to Harbour's Board in 2021 and was the Senior Independent Director of the Company. Simon was also a member of Harbour's Audit & Risk and HSES Committees.

Alan Ferguson, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee, will serve as interim Senior Independent Director of the Company.

R. Blair Thomas, Chairman of Harbour, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Simon for his invaluable contribution during his time on the Board of Harbour. Simon's period as a Non-Executive Director has coincided with a period of significant growth in Harbour's business, in particular through the transformational acquisition of Wintershall Dea assets in 2024.  His deep insight will be missed and we all wish him the best in his future endeavours.

I would also like to thank Alan, who has been a valued member of the board for many years, for agreeing to serve as our Senior Independent Director on an interim basis."
