Legal & General Group - Employee Share Plan ("ESP") and Share Bonus Plan ("SBP") Dividend Reinvestment ("DRIP")

On 06 June 2025, Legal & General Group Plc (the "Company") received notification that ordinary shares of 2.5p each had been purchased in respect of the DRIP under the ESP and SBP on 05 June 2025, in respect of the following PDMRs.
