Ninety One plc Repurchase of Shares

 

Ninety One plc (the "Company") announces that on 23 May 2025 it purchased a total of 175,635 of its ordinary shares of £0.0001 each (the "Ordinary Shares"), through the Company's broker Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi"), as detailed below. The repurchased Ordinary Shares will be cancelled.
